Re: What slurpd is waiting for?

hi alls!

for my configuration i dont have -t option. my slurpd runs over the default
directory
(ie if my database directory is /var, slurpd have his files at
/var/openldap-slurp/replica/)

in my short experience the main problem for conectivity of master ldap to
slave ldap
is the user that you use for do it. are you sure that uses the user
indicates?
could you use the admin user (defined at slapd.conf) for this? you'd use
this user

are there messages at log files about slurpd. i think that slurp dont have
log files, but i
dont know your version. you could use slurpd on one-shot mode with high
level of debug too.

if you give me the slapd.conf of both (master and slave) could help better.

agustin.
