Yes. I filed it to help keeping track of an error that can be 
easily fixed but it should really be tracked down.

I also experienced that the INSTALLED slapadd works correctly, 
which is somewhat frustrating.

I tried to reproduce what test-001 does by using the SAME 
slapd.conf (actually it names the file 
./tests/test-db/slapadd.conf) and ./tests/data/test-ordered.ldif
and the uninstalled slapadd fails (that's how I got the 
backtrace).
