Did you define databases of its own for the "new data" and "all the 
information from preceding server" on the 2nd and 3rd server?

2nd server:
subordinate database for "ou=unit1,o=myorg"
under replicated database "o=myorg"

3rd server:
subordinate database for "ou=office,ou=unit1,o=myorg"
under replicated database "ou=unit1,o=myorg"

IMHO this will work.
