OpenLDAP to Authenticate users from a WindowsXP server.

Hi all,

I have never used LDAP before but I am trying to set up a new e-mail system 
for a company using Debian, OpenGroupware, OpenLDAP and Kerberos. All the 
users currently loginto a WindowsXP server. So, I want the e-mail system to 
use the WindowsXP box for authentication. That way they won't have to set the 
users up on two machines.

Is this possable? 

And where do I start/or how can I accomplish this?
