Why would you do that, when your ldif gives:

> dn: cn=Keith Fernandez,o=Western Outdoor Interactive,c=IN

They're supposed to be the same :-) Otherwise, of course there's no such
object.

Use: 'ldapsearch -b "o=Western Outdoor Interactive,c=IN"
"objectclass=*"'

Should work. If not, use the "-x" addition that John gave you.
