Is This LDIF Syntax Error?

Hi, I am a newbie of OpenLDAP

Today, I installed FreeBSD 4.2-RELEASE, then install OpenLDAP 2.0.6_2
packages on it. below is my slapd.conf file:

####################################################################### # $OpenLDAP: pkg/ldap/servers/slapd/slapd.conf,v 1.8.8.4 2000/08/26 17:06:18 kurt Exp $
#
# See slapd.conf(5) for details on configuration options.
# This file should NOT be world readable.
#
include /usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/core.schema
include /usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/cosine.schema
include /usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/inetorgperson.schema

pidfile /var/run/slapd.pid
argsfile /var/run/slapd.args

database ldbm
suffix "dc=nudt, dc=edu, dc=cn"
rootdn "cn=Manager, dc=nudt, dc=edu, dc=cn"

rootpw secret
directory /var/run/openldap-ldbm
# Indices to maintain
index cn,sn,uid pres,eq
index objectClass pres,eq

#######################################################################

My entries.ldif file is below:

dn: dc=nudt, dc=edu, dc=cn
objectclass: dcObject
objectclass: organization
o: National University of Defense Technology
dc: nudt

dn: cn=Manager, dc=nudt, dc=edu, dc=cn
objectclass: organizationalRole
cn: Manager
#######################################################################

After I start slapd, I want to add my first entries:
ldapadd -f entries.ldif -x -D "cn=Manager,dc=nudt,dc=edu,dc=cn" -w secret

But system says:
adding new entry "dc=nudt, dc=edu, dc=cn"
ldap_add: Invalid syntax
additional info: value contains invalid data

ldif_record() = 21

Can anybody help me?

Herbert
