CVS tags: OPENLDAP_RELEASE/OPENLDAP_STABLE

OPENLDAP_RELEASE revision tag, which tracks the current "release",
has been advanced to OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2_0_0 revision on the
OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2 branch.

OPENLDAP_STABLE revision tag, which tracks the "stable" release,
remains at OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_1_2_11 revision on the
OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_1_2 branch.

There will be additional 1.2 minor releases.  When these are
made, OPENLDAP_RELEASE will not be applied as the 2.X series
is considered more current.  Until a 2.X release has demonstrated
stability through general use, the OPENLDAP_STABLE tag will remain
associated with a 1.2.X releases.
