I've tried to put the md5 pass I find on /etc/secure and ... nothing :(

mmmmmmmmm. Look at what I get .... :

[root->consola ldap]# ldappasswd -vvv -Y 8 -H md5 -D "dc=oninet,dc=es"  -W
Enter LDAP password:
New password:
Re-enter new password:
ldap_bind: Inappropriate authentication

[root->consola ldap]# ldappasswd -vvv -Y 8 -H md5 -D "dc=es"  -W
Enter LDAP password:
New password:
Re-enter new password:
ldap_bind: Invalid credentials

What the heck does that Innapropiate authentication means? 
I'm so confused O:)
