newbie Q: what to start?

Hello list,

I just managed to install OpenLDAP into my machine running HP-UX 10.10.
I just want to a database of employees with their phone numbers, email
addresses, etc. so that people can search/query using Netscape's Address
Book.
What do I have to start? How? (building the database, starting the daemon,
etc)
