OK, the test is integrated and the autoconf stuff is updated as well.

Rather than using two slapd.conf files I've altered this test script to 
ldapmodify cn=config to create the second configuration on the fly. I 
figure all newly written overlays should support back-config, so we 
might as well start involving back-config in our tests from now on.

It would be nice to have a OL_DECLARE_OVERLAY() macro for autoconf that 
would just automagically insert all the necessary directives to add a 
new overlay to configure.
