Yes.  Also, under the assumption we eventually want to take LDAPv3
to full Standard, we should to be selective of what Draft Standards
we reference...

Note that most of the LDAPv2 and X.500 RFC references (excluding
references to ITU Recommendations) are schema related.  We
can just absorb these into the LDAPv3 schema specification RFCs.

However, there are some additional references (such as in RFC2253,
Section 4) which will need special attention.
