overlay has been included even though there is no need for it.

If you declare a database as provider (by calling the syncprov
overlay) this database accepts write operations, so there is no
need for chaining.

You should remove the overlay syncprov declaration than.

Really? In the documentation (http://www.openldap.org/doc/admin24/replication.html#Syncrepl) is the consumer who has the syncrepl options.

	Or you meant the definition "overlay syncprov"?
