password hash

In an iPlanet LDIF file I see the passwords for my users are stored as a hash, assuming that it is a one way hash. Do all LDAP servers use the same hashkey to hash those passwords? Meaning will an OpenLDAP server be able to read the passwords from my old iPlanet one?
