Read the Error-Message!

> database        bdb
> suffix          "o=quantec"
> suffix          "dc=qServer,dc=quantecllc,dc=com"
rootdn must either end with 
o=quantec or with
dc=qServer,dc=quantecllc,dc=com

> rootdn          "cn=root,dc=quantecllc,dc=com"
this does not fit.
