User Specific Size Limits

We had the issue come up where certain users need larger sizelimits than
the global default.  I remembered Pierangelo mentioning that in HEAD (at
the time last year) it would be possible.  I found the following message
in the archive:

Did that feature ever get added in 2.1.x?  I checked slapd.conf(5) for
2.1.5 and I don't see any mention of it.  I also don't see a mention of it
in the administrators guide or the faq-o-matic.
