I've been looking at quite a number of web based tools to manage
databases. They have been in a number of different languages,
layouts and functionality...

All fails short because they are made for THERE type of database.
Not all design there database equally. I'd say that EVERY one here
have there own design of the database. This makes it almost
impossible to find a already made tool.

I'd say make you own tool for managing the database, designed to
work with YOUR database...

This is what I have to do, when I find the time :) So far, It's
workable to do it by hand, with a little help from LDAPExplorer.
