It appends a database after {1}monitor (no {X} is given), then it
inserts one before {1}monitor ({1}) and fails in both cases (with no
error, though); in the first case, the new database gets appended, but
with {3}bdb, so {2} is missing.  In the second case, the new database
gets inserted in the right place ({1}bdb) and the appended one gets
shifted (to {3}bdb), but {1}monitor remains there, so now {1} appears
twice.


Strictly speaking this isn't a regression, as the function was never implemented. Perhaps we should NULL out the modrdn entry point for now, so that it will return UnwillingToPerform instead of silently doing nothing.
