BDB out of lockers

After running the test008 client multiple times against a single instance of
slapd, I eventually (within a half hour or so) see that the BDB environment
has run out of lockers. It appears there is still a resource leak in BDB
4.1.25 (as well as the BDB 4.2 release candidate). I've submitted a bug
report to SleepyCat.
