Well, the most simple approach would be use preferredLanguage
in an entry associated with the user to determine which set
of messages to return.

An extended operation could also be implemented to specify
the preferred language as well.  This would be useful for
anonymous users.

Writing an I-D on the localization of the LDAP protocol is
on my LONG todo list...
