By running a search on back monitor with a non-supported scope (e.g.
"subordinate"), the entry corresponding to the search base, if existing, is left
in locked state.  This occurs because back-monitor didn't handle "subordinate".

Both issues:
- handling of subordinate scope
- lock release in case of unsupported scope

are now fixed in HEAD.
