RE: TLS only working as root when used together with pam/nss_ldap

As far as I know, no bug report has been filed in ITS so this problem is not
being tracked. I suggest you file a report if you want any action to be
taken. Enrik's analysis of the problem is not entirely accurate but it does
identify the nature of the bug.
