Ok, i looked up and saw that is coming from my base centos repo.

openldap-servers.x86_64                                 2.4.39-8.el6

is there another existing repo of an unbroken version for centos 6.6 that
you are aware off ?

That doesn't look like the openldap.org website, which is the official
source of documentation related to OpenLDAP.
