However, have you tried using *both* interval and retry in refreshAndPersist
mode? I think it should work sufficiently (except for unnecessary network
connection attempts).
I'm not sure that this makes sense...I'm pretty sure that 'interval' is
used only with refreshOnly. But I agree that the concept in general is sound.
