Please note that web2ldap 0.16.10 supports this control and is almost
completely in line with draft-zeilenga-ldap-managedit.

One minor point: web2ldap 0.16.10 and python-ldap prior 2.2.0 lack
support for ignoring DIT content rules when this control is in place.
web2ldap 0.16.11 and python-ldap 2.2.0 will take care of that aspect too.
