We are using openldap-2.0.25.

The current stable version of OpenLDAP is 2.2.26. Note that 2.0 has been deprecated from use for a few years, and you are likely best served by investing upgrading to the latest stable release, not that this will necessarily be an easy process, as 2.2 is more compliant than 2.0 was, which sometimes leads to having to fix poorly designed data. On the other hand, 2.2 is many times faster and more stable, and you'll actually be able to get help if there is a bug in the OL software.
