Oh, yes, excuse me, I totally missed the part where he wrote, "This is a BDB issue related to NPTL and is not related at all to OpenLDAP".

But 2.2 doesn't and can't fix the misuse of posix mutexes in BerkeleyDB
on machines which aren't nptl-capable.
