The above is not a valid LDIF file, since it only contains
dn definitions, there is no attribute list of the entries.
It should be something like

version: 1
dn: o=myCompany
objectClass: organization
o: mycompany

dn: ou=WD,o=MyCompany
objectClass: organizationalUnit
ou: WD

dn: ou=People,ou=HQ,o=MyCompany
objectClass: organizationalUnit
ou: People

and so on...
