Sure, no problem.  That's why I do myself with a private directory.  I'd
say o=Xyz (capital X) assuming it's normally spelled that way, though.

(BTW, an emerging practice instead of o=Foo,c=NZ is to use dc=bar,dc=nz
where bar.nz is the organization's domain name.  Not that it matters in
your case.)
