RE: Orderings: Integer and NumericString



It's supported (at least in 2.1.x) but in the embedded schema syntaxes.  You
don't need it in a separate schema file.

It is specified in the schema,  but I seem to recall that ordering is
not actually supported.  But I could be wrong in regards to recent
releases.
