Yes, I need to implement -Y mech, we happen to use GSSAPI where work 
so I punted.

It looks like the newer versions of Authen::SASL are much better, but
they are lacking GSSAPI at the moment.

Oops, I should have updated the todo.  The code is written, but
the docs are missing.

I want to leave the basic maps embeded so that the user always
has some basic maps, even out of the box.  I need to spec out the
kerberized passwd map and a shadow'd passwd map as examples
