sendmail.schema for openldap 2.1.X conflict

all,
I'm working
with Openldap 2.1.8, and want to migrate Netscape Directroy ldif file to
openldap, but there is some problem with sendmail.schema (v 8.14
2001/08/31).
The
error says something like this:
Invalid structural object class chain :
sendmailMTAMapObject/sendmailMTAObject.
Looking to
solve the problem, I found in the web something about that in 2.1.X is not
possible to reference two or more STRUCTURAL object class which are independent.
Is that true ?? Somebody knows something about this problem of
sendmail.schema?
