READ THE MESSAGE: "no structural object classes provided"
dcObject is not STRUCTURAL, so you need to add EXACTLY ONE
structural objectclass, e.g.:

dn: dc=mydomain, dc=com
objectClass: dcObject
objectClass: organization
dc: mydomain
o: My Organization

check in cre.schema the objectClass "organization"
for more details.
