Replication?/slurpd??????

Is there software that can replicate or sync from Netscape Directory
Server (NSDS) to OpenLDAP?

Our Enterprise uses NSDS 4.16.  The data is replicated to us from
a supplier in another geographic location.

If this is feasable, we would begain to investigate other LDAP uses and
possibly have a backup LDAP Server.

(I might be wrong here but . . . It looks like NSDS Audit file is
similar to
replog used by slurpd.)
