Re: misc.schema

Kurt,

That list has been dead for a long time... the last post is dated "Thu Apr 26 2001 - 18:53:54 PDT" Anyway, to answer the question, no, there has never been any decision on the OID. In my setup I am using 2.16.840.1.113.730.3.2.147 as documented by the iplanet mail server. See docs at: http://docs.iplanet.com/docs/manuals/messaging/ims50/sr/objects.htm#86033

Anyway, I don't know if this will bite me later on, but it is how I solved the problem.

Later,

schu

I was just wondering if there were any plans to assign and OID to

recall, but I know it had "laser" in it :-P) doesn't define a
"mailQuota" attribute, is there a draft that does? That too would be
  very useful.

These questions should really be directed to the authors of the LASER schema I-D <draft-lachman-laser-ldap-mail-routing-xx.txt>. Draft -02 (expired) says: This draft is being discussed on the Laser mailing list at <laser@sunroof.eng.sun.com>. Subscription requests can be sent to <laser-request@sunroof.eng.sun.com> (send an email message with the word "subscribe" in the body). More information on the mailing list along with an archive of back messages is available at <http://playground.sun.com/laser/>.
