LDAP-SSL for Outlook-Addressbook

Hello,
did anybody get Outlook to work with OpenLDAP as Addressbook?
I got it to work without SSL ( no Problem).
I got OpenLDAP to work with Netscape mail (with AND without SSL)
But Outlook can't connect to OpenLDAP if i use the secure option.
Do i have to import the LDAP Certificate somewhere?
Or am i missing some click-option?
