SLAPD ERROR

Hi all.

I'm new to openldap and LDAP in general. I've been following the admin guide
to a tee.

When I start slapd I get this error in my messages log:

slapd[1022]: daemon: socket() failed errno=97 (Address family not supported
by protocol)

When I do :

 ldapsearch -x -b '' -s base '(objectclass=*)' namingContexts

It returns :

version: 2

#
# filter: (objectclass=*)
# requesting: namingContexts
#

#
dn:
namingContexts: dc=bwee,dc=com

# search result
search: 2
result: 0 Success

# numResponses: 2
# numEntries: 1

Also I can add entries using an ldif file. Also I can search.

My question is.

Am I supposed to be getting that error ?

Thanks
