ldap search fail...

Hi,

I am adding an entry using my custom object class (qmailUser) with 2 
attributes cn & sn (for simplicity i am using these 2 for now) using my java 
program.

The entries are added fine. if i search them thru my program then they r 
getting displayed as well.

But if I use

ldapsearch -x -b 'dc=oncr,dc=com' '(objectclass=*)'

on command line then they r not getting displayed. I just get the following 
result

#
# filter: (objectclass=*)
# requesting: ALL
#

# search result
search: 2
result: 0 Success

# numResponses: 1

Any idea whats going wrong.
