Trouble implementing a hierarchial namespace

I'm trying to implement the following namespace:

            _______
           | dc=no |
            -------
          _____|_____
         | dc=lincom |
          -----------
               |
       -------------------
 _____|_____ ________|_________
| ou=people | | ou=psudoaccounts |
 ----------- ------------------

---[slapd.conf]---
schemacheck on
defaultaccess read

database ldbm
cachesize 1000
dbcachesize 100000
directory /var/run/openldap-ldbm/no/lincom

index cn
index sn,uid eq,sub,approx
index default none

suffix "dc=lincom,dc=no"
rootdn "cn=Manager,dc=lincom,dc=no"
rootpw secret
lastmod on
readonly off
---

---[lincom.ldif]---
dn: dc=lincom,dc=no
objectClass: top
objectClass: domain
dc: lincom
---

ldapadd -D 'cn=Manager,dc=lincom,dc=no' -W -f lincom.ldif

works just fine

---[people.ldif]---
dn: ou=people,dc=lincom,dc=no
objectClass: top
objectClass: organizationalUnit
ou: people
---

---[psudoaccounts.ldif]---
dn: ou=psudoaccounts,dc=lincom,dc=no
objectClass: top
objectClass: organizationalUnit
ou: psudoaccounts
---

ldapadd -D 'cn=Manager,dc=lincom,dc=no' -W -f people.ldif

and

ldapadd -D 'cn=Manager,dc=lincom,dc=no' -W -f psudoaccounts.ldif

exits with the following error message:
	ldap_add: No such object

Obviously, I've done something wrong :-)
