Resource temporarily unavailable

I am trying to use ROAMING between LDAP 1.2.8 and Netscape 
4.6 or 4.7.

I can successfully log onto the Roaming Access Server from 
Netscape Communicator. When I close down Communicator my 
bookmarks etc are transferred to my LDAP server ( UNIX running 
Apache Red Hat ).

My LDAP database is not updated with the details.
I have debugged the SLAPD and get the following message approx 
60 times.

ber_get_next on fd 7 failed errorno 11 ( Resource temporarily 
unavailable)
*** got 1456 of 8477 so far
The figures on the last line change.

Any ideas what i am not doing ???
