Some further experimentation has produced the following to update your list:

 Dialog Field            LDAP attribute (notes)
 --------------            --------------
ORGANISATION (1)
manager                        manager (2)
reports                          reports (2)(3)

DIGITAL IDs
Digital IDs                    userCertificate;binary (4)

Notes
(1) Tab only appears if one of the relevant attributes is present in the
entry (makes you wonder what else is hidden away...)
(2) attribute value is dn syntax. Double click to open selected entry.
(3) multivalued - one line displayed for each entry
(4) certificate should be DER encoded X.509

I have managed to both view and retrieve a certificate from LDAP using
Outlook, and then send encrypted mail to the certificate owner.
