Netscape & people object

Hi !
I've just installed OpenLdap server. I would like to add entries that
can be queried by Netscape and Outlook.
I've checked out slapd.oc.conf, but there is no such object that
contains e-mail address that can be browsed by such programs.
How can I add objects that contains  people information on OpenLdap?
Is there a way to add many organizations and search them later from
Netscape and Outlook to get information about them?
