Kurt,

I got a garbage message out of ldappasswd as a result of a successful
password change.  I think I fixed, but it is not a clean job.  Maybe
we need to rework some cross-routine messaging (make it dynamic with
malloc?) and uniformize it all over the server.  Nice todo item, isn't it?
