OID Assignment

OpenLDAP has been assigned the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.4203 for it's
private use. It use will be generally limited to OpenLDAP
specific schema items (such as to implement cn=monitor,
cn=config, etc.). It will also be used for experimentation.

Suggestions and comments on how to structure assignment
out of the OID space is apprecated. Here is my first go:

.0	Reserved (at any level)
.1	Published	(LDAP protocol items)
	.1	AttributeTypes
	.2	Syntaxes
	.3	ObjectClasses
	.4	MatchingRules

.666	Experimental (LDAP protocol items)
	.1	AttributeTypes
	.2	Syntaxes
	.3	ObjectClasses
	.4	MatchingRules

Published OIDs, once assigned, would fix an OID to a
published specification.

Experimental OIDs, once assigned, would fix an OID to
an evolving specification. That is, the specication
can be updated without assigning a new OID. These
will be used ONLY for experimentation. They would be
for "internal use only."
