Patches for Perl slapd backend.

All,

I have just uploaded two patches which add a Perl
backend for slapd.  One patch is for version 1.1.1 and
the other is a HACKED patch for 1.1.2. The patches are

I also uploaded  perl_test.tar.gz to the same directory 
which contains a quick test perl module and config file
to give you an idea of how to use this backend seince
there is no documentation for this module yet.

Needless to say there is a lot to do yet, but it should
be functional enough to use and get feedback.
