Re: (ITS#3906) slapadd can't find default database dir

Interestingly, that works for me, too. However, this does not. The
contents of slapd.d appear to be built, but something must not be quite
right.

rm -rf /usr/local/etc/openldap/slapd.d/*
/usr/local/libexec/slapd -u ldap -f /usr/local/etc/openldap/slapd.conf \
  -F /usr/local/etc/openldap/slapd.d
kill -HUP <slapd's PID>
slapadd -l input.ldif
Available database(s) do not allow slapadd
