(ITS#3575) slurpd error message could be more descriptive

In the process of configuring slurpd on a master server, I accidentally put the
replica directive in slapd.conf as such:
#notice the missing indentation of subsequent lines
replica host=...
binddn=...
bindmethod=simple credentials=password

And received an error message from slurpd that indicated "malformed 'replica'
directive".  However, I did not get any extended error information, such as
"missing binddn" or such, and had much trouble figuring out what I'd done wrong
with slapd.conf.  Perhaps a more verbose error message would be in order?
