"ud" suffers an assertion failure when changing search base;  this occurs in
the
latest CVS (2.0-devel) but did not occur in OpenLDAP 1.2.1 Release.  To
recreate
the problem, run "ud" and execute the "cb" command, for example: "cb c=AU" -
the
resultant error is "decode.c:87: failed assertion `BER_VALID( ber )'\nAbort
(core
dumped)".

The referenced stack backtrace (URL) includes a different server and DN,
indicating
that the problem isn't related to a specific server, DN or matching
namingContexts
with the server.
