[ldapext] LDAP transactions
Kurt,
I think the server may want to have a sizelimit on the no of
transactions that a client can send within a transaction for security
reasons, administrative limit or internal implementation limit.
So, may be we should allow the server to return createGroupValue
(which holds the sizelimit) in the createGroupingResponse in response to
createGroupingRequest with transactionGroupingType as the value.
