The minutes of the orlando meeting indicated that a new name for the signed
directory operations draft was desired.  Here's my best shot at it.  

"An LDAP Control for Holding Operation Signatures, and an Accompanying
Schema for Storing Them".

How's that?  Hopefully, this is more indicative of the content of the
draft.  Any other suggestions will be warmly received.  Apologies again for
not being able to attend!
