Proposals for LDAP/DAP alignment and LDAPV4

Dear all, I have submitted two draft proposals

draft-lloyd-ldap-list-read-00.txt and
draft-lloyd-ldap-svcs-00.txt

These drafts bring alignment to LDAP V3 with DAP. This will enable LDAP
applications and clients to use the full distributed and replicated
system features of LDAP accessed X.500 systems, as well as providing
better  directory navigation in multi server systems. Because the List
and Read operations are added to LDAP (as provided by DAP) I have
proposed LDAP V3 is raised to LDAP V4.
